Our Ministry Team
After a 20-year career in public health and leading an evangelical church, Cathy founded Thrive to create safe, confidential spaces where ministry leaders can be honest about what they carry. Her focus areas include burnout prevention and healing through formational prayer.
Dave brings over 25 years as an ordained minister, serving as a pastor and within mission organizations. He and his wife Evelyn have been married more than 40 years.
Allen has pastored for many years across youth ministry, worship, church planting, and lead roles. He and his wife Karen have six grown children between them.
Board of Directors
As founder of Thrive, Cathy is committed to providing a safe, confidential refuge for pastors, ministry leaders, and their families. She brings experience as a former executive director, a retired public health nurse, and more than a decade of ministry.
A church elder for more than three decades with a Bachelor of Social Work, John has a deep desire to encourage and support pastors and church leaders.
With over 25 years of bookkeeping experience across the charity and business sectors, Lili strives to be a faithful steward of what God has entrusted to Thrive.
